Baked chicken breasts w/broccoli curry

Four chicken breasts topped with a dozen cherry tomatoes from the garden; one med white onion, sliced; about two cups frozen broccoli; one green bell pepper from the garden, sliced; seasoned with salt, pepper and at least a tsp of curry powder; a couple tablespoons of butter cut up in tiny pieces throughout. Covered with foil and baked for two hours at 275. Veggies still a bit crunchy, perfect! Mighty try bacon/fat next time instead of butter.
